Job Description:
- Inspect and advise the employer to comply with laws related to safety, occupational health, and environmental conditions.
- Analyze tasks to identify hazards and define preventive measures and safe work procedures to propose to the employer.
- Assess the risks related to safety, occupational health, and environmental conditions.
- Analyze plans or projects and suggestions from various departments and propose safety measures to the employer.
- Evaluate the workplace's compliance with plans, projects, or safety measures.
- Advise employees to follow the safety, occupational health, and environmental conditions manual of the workplace.
- Advise, train, and educate employees to ensure safe work practices.
- Measure and assess the environmental conditions in the workplace or collaborate with persons or legal entities registered or licensed under laws related to safety, occupational health, and environmental conditions or other related laws.
- Propose to the employer to manage workplace safety appropriately and continuously improve effectiveness.
- Investigate the causes and analyze accidents, illnesses, or nuisances arising from employees' work and report the findings, including suggesting solutions to prevent incidents promptly.
- Collect statistics, analyze data, and prepare reports and recommendations on accidents, illnesses, or nuisances arising from employees' work
- Provide education and training on occupational diseases and environmental issues to employees before and during employment, with a review at least once a year.
Qualification:
- Bachelor'sdegrees in Occupational Health and Safety
- Communicable in English
- 5 years of experience in occupational health, safety and environmental management in construction.
